Notice for Fraud and Scams

Please be aware that we have observed an increasing occurrence of individuals who have no affiliation with Staffmax Staffing & Recruiting falsely presenting themselves as part of one of our Staffmax brands to the public.

Without our authorization, they engage in the following activities:

1. Impersonate recruiters from Staffmax by reaching out to individuals through various means (such as email, letters, phone calls, or social media) regarding a "suitable position." This position may either be a legitimate job opening within Staffmax or a fabricated one.
   
2. Attempt to entice individuals to contact them by posting fraudulent job advertisements on employment websites, using Staffmax name and/or brand.

These individuals then solicit "potential victims" to divulge personal information and make payments. We want to emphasize that none of our Staffmax representatives will ever request payment of any kind or ask for copies of credit or debit cards from candidates during the recruitment or job search process.

If you come across any instances of (potential) misuse of the Staffmax brands, particularly fraudulent activities, we kindly request that you report them promptly to info@staffmax.com.
